Refund policy
All our items are handmade, customised and/or made to order. For these reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges. The only exception to this, is in the unfortunate event that an item is damaged during shipping or if there are noticeable defects. In this instance we will require photographic proof and as much information as you can provide within 7 days of confirmation of your delivery.
